Shipping & Delivery Information
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver to the whole of the UK. For shipping to ROI, BFPO and the Rest of World please contact us for a delivery cost quotation.
We currently offer free standard delivery on orders to mainland UK over £49.99. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, Ireland, BFPO and the rest of the World. (Note that for sales to the Channel Islands we charge an administration fee equal to the VAT that would be charged on UK sales). All UK Postcode Areas Which Incur Additional Delivery Charges and Returns Charges are listed at the bottom of this page. These additional charges depend on both the delivery address and the items on specific orders.
NEXT DAY & SATURDAY DELIVERY SERVICES
Most of our items are available on a Next Day or Saturday Delivery Service* These services are available at checkout for an extra delivery charge.
Next Day Delivery is available for items ordered by 12:00 Midday, Monday – Thursday for a charge of £9.99.
Items ordered for Next Day Delivery between 12:00 Midday on Thursday and 12:00 Midday on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on the next working day i.e. Monday.
Items ordered for Next Day Delivery between 12:00 Midday on Friday and 23:59 on Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on the next working day after processing on Monday. i.e. Tuesday.
Saturday Delivery is available for items ordered at any time up to 12:00 Midday on any Thursday. Saturday Delivery is not available for items ordered after this time. If items are ordered after 12:00 Midday on any Thursday, your order will be scheduled for delivery on the Saturday of the Following week. This service is available for a charge of £15.00.

Larger items identified as a two-man delivery or bulk orders may not be available for this service. Please contact our helpful customer services department on 0800 157 7264 should you wish to discuss any aspect of our delivery process.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery is usually 3-5 days from order, however during the festive period delivery may take up to 7 days. Certain products may take longer to be dispatched and this is indicated on their product pages by our 2-man delivery icon. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a despatch notification email. Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday although we may not be able to commit to delivery on a specific day except for larger items which require two-man delivery. You may find it more convenient to have the parcel delivered to a work address and you can opt for this during the checkout process.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, you must notify us by telephone on 0800 157 7264 and obtain a Return Authorisation Number.
If you wish to return your item due to damage/fault, you must first send pictures of the damage/fault to email@example.com before we make a decision on a return agreement.
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind the goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your goods. We can arrange a collection for you but you may be liable for the cost of return carriage, which will be deducted from any refund. If you opt for us to arrange a collection for you, standard items items will incur a collection charge of £15 and larger items identified as two-man items or bulk collections will incur a collection charge of £60.
If an item on your order is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please call us within 30 days of receipt of your goods and we will be happy to arrange a replacement, credit note or refund.
If an item on your order has a manufacturing fault within 6 months we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
If an item on your order has a manufacturing fault and we are notified between 6 & 12 months after delivering the item we will look to offer either a replacement or refund up to 100% of the purchase price. Please ensure the Return Authorisation Number is marked on the outside of the package and can be clearly seen.
We will process your refund within 14 days of the goods being received back to us, or within 14 days of being notified that the goods have been sent back to us. If we do not require the goods back, we will process your refund within 14 days of the refund being agreed. We normally refund to the card you used to pay for the goods. This usually takes 5 working days.
If you are returning an item for a full refund, we will also refund the standard £4.99 delivery charge that you paid with your order. However, if you paid extra for the service of Next Day or Saturday Delivery, the extra charge you paid for either of those services will not be refunded. The only time those extra charges will be refunded is if the Next Day or Saturday Delivery service you paid for was not fulfilled.
