Delivery to UK Mainland

Orders to Scottish Highlands and Offshore locations will incur additional delivery costs, (See postcode list below) please contact us prior to ordering on 0800 389 0607.
All orders under £50 are subject to a delivery charge of £4.99. Orders over £50 are delivered for FREE on an untimed delivery service.

Evening Delivery

We are delighted offer an evening delivery service, which will be available Monday - Friday, 5.30pm till 8pm. This service is only available on selected products and geographical areas. Products excluded but not limited to, are metal garden furniture, wooden garden furniture, gazebos and garden buildings (i.e. any larger items).

This service is only available in Mainland U.K. (excluding areas North of Glasgow and Edinburgh). Evening Deliveries are charged at carriage + £10.

Orders over £50 - Free Standard Delivery + £10 for Special Evening Delivery (£10.00)
Orders under £50 - £4.99 Standard Delivery + £10 for Special Evening Delivery (£14.99)

Two man delivery teams are used where approriate to ensure that your goods arrive to you in perfect condition.

When will the products be delivered?

We endeavour to delivery our products to your doorstep in a timely and efficient manner. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours, delivery will take place the following day. However there are a few exceptions;

Some of our products are marked "2 Man Delivery", Please allow 7-14 days for delivery on these items.
A small number of our products are delivered directly from the suppliers, please allow 7-14 days delivery on these items.

Although we do our upmost to get your goods to you next day, occasionally there may be unforseen delays, so please allow 7 days before contacting us.

What if my delivery is incorrect or broken?

Although we do our upmost to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition, on occasion there can be problems. If you discover a problem with your purchases be sure to contact us on 0800 389 0607 within 7 days of your delivery date. Ensure that you do not destroy the original packaging before you are happy with the contents of the boxes.
